Hire Terms & Conditions

You may cancel or amend your booking up to 7 days in advance after that no monies will be refunded. To cancel please email us.
If we need to cancel for any reason all monies paid will be refunded.
Pre-booked hire cannot be moved to other days. We do not offer facilities to launch your own craft.
We offer wetsuits with SUP hire, for all other bookings please bring something suitable to wear.
The changing rooms and toilets are available on site, if possible please arrive on site in the clothes you want to go out in.
On arrival follow signs for hire & wait for instructions from a staff member. Please arrive 20 minutes before your hire.
Please note parking & site use is only available for the duration of your hire & the gate will be locked at 5.30 or 6pm.
