A double sit on kayak can also be paddled by one adult making it a great choice for anyone who is looking for a boat with higher capacity.     Canoes are a popular boat for exploring the lake - perfect for taking a picnic and visiting an island or the beautiful shoreline along Derwent Water. We have a fleet of modern “Mad River” canoes which are fitted with extra buoyancy. Canoes are paddled using a single bladed paddle.
